What will the election campaign think of next? I was offered a choice of a free bag of crisps in Manchester this week - either a yellow, red or blue bag with the exact same crisps inside. I chose red. Funny how unappetising the blue bag appeared...

I love Columbia Road flower market, not just for the bargain bunches but also for the lovely little shops full of homeware things that I decide I MUST have. Today I bought some Mexican tiles which I plan to use as coasters, a recycled green glass Mexican jug, some lovely tulips, a bagel or two for lunch, and a set of beautiful bowls for every occassion.

I've been working with some amazing young people this week, making a film about Anerley's identity. It's a small place in south-east London, without too much charm, but full of some cracking people. Here are a couple of pictures of the young stars!
